The Oregon Supreme Court has appointed Cosgrave attorney, Deanna L. Franco, to serve as a pro tempore (“pro tem”) judge for the Washington County Circuit Court. Pro tem judges sit as part-time volunteer circuit court judges working at various levels of the judiciary to handle some of the case load. Pro tem judges are interviewed and recommended by the local bar judicial screening committee and are ultimately appointed by the Oregon Supreme Court to serve three-year terms. Congratulations Deanna!

Deanna is a partner in Cosgrave’s Business Practice Group and serves as its chair. Deanna has extensive experience in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration (including tax compliance), guardianship and conservatorship matters, entity formation, governance, and general business planning in addition to a broad ranging background in a number of practice areas, including family law and general litigation.
