The Oregon legislature has been busy passing many new employment laws, including changes to the law for noncompetition agreements, imposing mandatory harassment training and making significant changes to the state’s anti-harassment laws, and passing the most generous paid family leave law in the country. All these changes are keeping employers on their toes, but our employment law attorney Shane Swilley helped clarify some of the confusion at today’s Employment Law Seminar.
