We are pleased to welcome Rosie Fatta as our newest associate attorney. Her practice involves a diverse range of civil litigation, including personal injury and property damage, employment, and business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial clerk at the Oregon Court of Appeals, under Judges Robin Aoyagi and Megan Jacquot.

Rosie graduated with honors from the University of Santa Barbara, and received her law degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. During her time at Lewis & Clark, she worked as an article editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a member of the Public Interest Law Project and Women in Criminal Law. She also represented indigent criminal defendants as a certified law student with Grimm Law Group.

“We are looking forward to working with Rosie,” said Managing Partner Paul Berg. “Her experiences and aspirations are sure to make her an excellent addition to the firm.”

Fatta is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Women Lawyers, and Oregon New Lawyers Division.
