On March 19, Cosgrave Partner Joshua Kennedy co-presented the CLE webinar “Expert Discovery from Coast to Coast” with Steve Troiano of Morrison Mahoney LLP as part of ALFA International’s Construction Practice Group. The program also featured guest panelist Peter Willcox-Jones, General Counsel of Wilson Construction.

The webinar highlighted key differences in expert discovery across jurisdictions, including Oregon’s unique approach, and offered insights on managing discovery from prelitigation through verdict.
