In June, Tab Wood attended the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel’s (NARTC) – College of Railroad Trail Advocacy in Irving, Texas.  This rigorous six-day interactive program provides in-depth instruction and mock presentations on each element of a trial, from jury selection to closing statements.  “The NARTC Trial College was invaluable in allowing me first-hand participation in the elements of trial and trial preparation”, says Tab of his experience.  Cosgrave makes it a regular practice to send its young litigators to trial colleges such as this one presented by the NARTC.
