We are pleased to welcome Kimberlee Petrie Volm as an associate attorney in the firm’s complex torts practice group. Her practice includes business and commercial litigation, personal injury and property damage liability.

Kimberlee previously worked as a deputy public defender for the Office of Public Defense Services as an appellate attorney, representing clients in the Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court.

“We’re delighted to have Kimberlee join our team,” says Managing Partner Jill Laney. “She brings impressive dedication and energy to her work and we are very pleased to welcome her aboard.”

Kimberlee earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2011 and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She served as submissions editor for the Animal Law Review while at Lewis & Clark, and volunteers with the Multnomah Bar Association’s Imprint Program, which gives young attorneys the opportunity to engage with local high school students.
