We’re please to announce that Chester Hill has joined our business and commercial litigation practice group.

Chester earned his undergraduate degree in economics, graduating cum laude from George Washington University. Later, he graduated magna cum laude from Lewis and Clark Law School. There, he was named a member of the Cornelius Honor Society, an honor conferred by the faculty recognizing his scholarship, leadership and contribution to the law school community. During his time in law school, he also served as Associate Editor of Environmental Law, the nation’s oldest law review dedicated solely to environmental issues.

“His excellent work as a law clerk made it clear to us that he is an outstanding addition to the firm.  We are very pleased to welcome Chester as an associate,” says Managing Partner Andy Burns.

During law school, Chester worked as a law clerk for Cosgrave in 2015.  He also worked as a clerk for the Financial Fraud and Consumer Protection Section of the Oregon Department of Justice. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing pick-up basketball, playing the guitar and catching up on his favorite podcasts.  Chester was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2016.
