Shayna Rogers is an appellate lawyer who also specializes in advising trial attorneys on litigation strategy and in drafting and arguing complex motions.
Before joining Cosgrave, Shayna worked as a civil litigation and appellate attorney at another Oregon law firm for six years. She spent several of those years focused exclusively on commercial litigation and business transactions. Prior to that, Shayna clerked for the Honorable Erin Lagesen of the Oregon Court of Appeals.

At the clinic, which provided free legal services to the Portland community, Shayna represented clients in consumer and bankruptcy matters.
Shayna became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2013.
