She has spent the last nine years in HR leadership roles within professional services firms, with deep expertise in total rewards, compliance, employee relations, and talent strategy. Keren is passionate about building inclusive, high-performance cultures that align people initiatives with organizational goals. Prior to joining the firm, she held senior HR roles in architecture, design, and actuarial organizations.

Keren graduated from Life Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2020.
