Law Practice

Joel’s practice focuses on construction defect, insurance defense, business development, and real estate matters. He has represented area homeowner and condominium associations in a variety of matters, including collecting assessments, reviewing and drafting governing documents, and enforcement of the associations’ rules and regulations. Joel’s prior practice experience also includes some family law and custody-related cases, in which he worked as a court appointed children’s attorney. He enjoyed working with families in need and putting in the effort to understand the complex legal issues that permeate the volatile area of domestic relations.
