Law Practice

Elizabeth Berrigan joined Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP’s business practice group in December, 2002.  She specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration matters, conservatorships/guardianships, entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, trademarks and general business for both Oregon and Washington clients.

Prior to joining Cosgrave, Elizabeth was employed as a legal assistant at Williams, Kastner & Gibbs PLLC and Sarah S. Conley P.C..  Previous to that, she worked for GST Telecom, Inc., a Washington State competitive local exchange carrier, in its Legal, Regulatory and Government Affairs Departments, which handled legal and regulatory compliance matters for approximately 37 affiliate and/or subsidiary companies.
