Kimberlee joined Cosgrave as an associate attorney in the firm’s Professional Liability and Railroad practice groups. Kimberlee has focused her practice on defending legal malpractice actions, Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims, and representing businesses and individuals in personal injury actions.
Since 2014, Kimberlee has represented businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters at firms in Portland, Oregon and Chicago, Illinois. Prior to working as a civil litigator, Kimberlee worked as a Deputy Public Defender at the Office of Public Defense Services as an appellate attorney representing clients in the Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court.
Education & Bar Admissions:
Kimberlee received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2011, where she served as submissions editor for the Animal Law Review. She graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse.
Kimberlee was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2011, and the Illinois State Bar in 2015.
Kimberlee is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association.
In her free time, Kimberlee enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with her Husband, Matt, son, Emerson, and their two dogs, Karma and Kayden. She also enjoys cooking and trying new and unusual recipes, but leaves the clean-up and dirty dishes for her husband.
