Quartzware Manufacturer – Represented U.S. affiliate in consolidation of U.S. and European affiliates
Warehouse Lease- Represented landlord in leasing of 250,000 square feet of warehouse space

Education & Bar Admissions:

Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing, maxima cum laude, from the University of Portland in 1982.  In 1993, Jill received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law, graduating cum laude.

Jill is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Oregon.

Professional:

Jill served as the firm’s managing partner from 2010 to 2015.  She is Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Portland).  She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ALFA International’s Hospitality Practice Group Steering Committee, and Oregon Women Lawyers.  Jill serves on the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Section Luncheon Program Committee, and is former co-chair of the Multnomah Bar Association’s Managing Partners’ Roundtable.  She serves on the board of Griffith Rubber Mills, a locally owned, nationwide manufacturing firm established in 1916.

Civic:

Jill is a volunteer personal shopper for Dress for Success Oregon.  Jill is a past member of the St. Andrew Legal Clinic board of directors and wine auction committee.

Personal:

She and her husband, Robert Jarrett, also  enjoy traveling.  Their goal is to travel to all seven continents.  Five down, two to go…
